April 1, 2026 the Farm Stand officially becomes the Blackberry Food Cooperative

You can’t mess this up. This was the recipe I made the first time I tried celeriac. Since then, I have changed ratios, added sweet potatoes to the mix, and used granulated garlic instead of roasted. It is always delicious.

Nettle Kraut from Kraüchi is the epitome of BFC goals. It is organic. It is made in small batches right here in Cottage Grove from produce grown on local farms. AND, one of the main ingredients is the highly nutritious native nettle that is pretty much ignored by large food suppliers.
